Please e-mail me in the first instance with a brief outline of your situation and your goals for therapy:
After that I would ask for a five-minute chat on the telephone before potentially arranging an assessment session.
After the assessment, if we decide to move forward to therapy, we would meet on a regular basis, normally every other week.
£90.00 for the 1.5 hour assessment session
£75.00 per daytime counselling session (50 minutes)
£90.00 EMDR one-hour sessions
All of my therapy is via Skype and I work with clients globally.
